A: You can open an account through the following methods:

  • ECN Account: Suitable for professional traders with lower spreads and commission charges;

A: Basic requirements for account opening:

  • Provide valid identity and address proof;
  • Accept "Client Agreement" and risk disclosure statement.

Q4: Can I open multiple trading accounts simultaneously?

A: Yes, you can open multiple trading accounts under the same client profile for different strategies or fund management. Each account operates independently but shares the same KYC documents.

Q5: Do you offer demo accounts?

A: Yes, ATGFX provides free demo accounts where you can experience the trading platform and product quotes in a risk-free environment, and consider opening a live account after familiarizing yourself with the trading process.

2. Deposit & Withdrawal

Q6: What deposit methods does ATGFX support? How long does it take to process?

A: Common deposit methods include:

  • International wire transfer (SWIFT TT);
  • Local bank transfer;
  • Local fast payment channels (FPS, PromptPay, etc.);
  • Third-party payment/Payment Gateway;
  • (If applicable) Cryptocurrency deposits.

Processing time varies by channel, generally from instant to 1-3 business days. Please refer to the "Deposit/Withdrawal Channel & Fee Comparison Table" or consult customer service.

Q7: Does ATGFX charge deposit fees?

A: ATGFX generally does not charge additional deposit fees to clients, but your bank, payment institution, or intermediary bank may charge fees. These fees are directly charged by the bank or channel, and the platform does not profit from them.

Q8: How to apply for withdrawal? How long does it take to receive funds?

A: You can submit withdrawal applications in the client backoffice or trading account management page, select withdrawal method and fill in the same-name beneficiary account information.

  • The company processes withdrawal applications in batches on business days;
  • Actual arrival time depends on the bank or payment institution, generally 1-5 business days;
  • Delays may occur during public holidays or compliance reviews.

Q9: Why must withdrawals be made to "same-name accounts"?

A: To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and regulatory requirements, and to protect client fund security, all withdrawals must be transferred to bank accounts or e-wallets with the same name as the ATGFX trading account. We do not accept third-party payments.

Q10: Are there limits on deposit/withdrawal amounts?

A: Different channels have different minimum/maximum limits. You can refer to the "Deposit/Withdrawal Channel & Fee Comparison Table" or check system prompts when submitting applications. For large withdrawals, we recommend informing your account manager in advance to expedite review.

Q11: What trading platform does ATGFX use? Does it support mobile trading?

A: ATGFX mainly provides MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform, supporting:

  • Windows/macOS desktop;
  • Web-based online trading;
  • iOS/Android mobile apps.

You can use the same account credentials to log in on multiple devices and manage trades anytime, anywhere.

Q12: Can I use EA, algorithmic trading, or high-frequency strategies?

A: In most cases, ATGFX supports EA automated trading and custom strategies, especially ECN/Raw accounts are more suitable for high-frequency and quantitative trading. However, for severe scalping, malicious hedging, latency abuse, and other abnormal behaviors, the company reserves the right to restrict or terminate related accounts. Please refer to the "Client Agreement" and risk control terms.

Q13: What tradable products does ATGFX offer?

A: Mainly includes:

  • Forex: Major and some cross currency pairs;
  • Precious Metals: Gold, silver, etc.;
  • Global Indices CFDs;

Q14: What are the trading hours? Can I trade on weekends?

A:

  • Forex & Precious Metals: Usually 24-hour trading Monday to Friday (excluding platform settlement times);
  • Indices, Energy, Commodities: Open and close according to corresponding market hours;
  • Cryptocurrency CFDs: Mostly near 24/7, but with system maintenance and liquidity adjustment periods.

Most traditional products are closed on weekends (Saturday, Sunday). Please refer to the tradable time displayed on the MT5 platform.
